We are a martial arts group dedicated to preserving the closed-door martial arts of Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and European martial arts.
We provide instruction in the following arts: Self-Defence, MMA, Grappling (Lutte), and Savate with a Basque flavour. We have a separate Sword and dagger and stick fighting class. We also teach a separate Pencak Silat class.

Arts
Sword & Dagger Class
Each class will cover Sword, stick or dagger training, including knife defence drawn from the Filipino (FMA) and European arts.
Killick Off Road Arts
Each class will cover Self-Defence, MMA, Grappling (Lutte), and Savate, kickboxing with a Basque flavour. Often labelled as MMA for the street, this art combines safe sports and self-defence training.
Pencak Silat
Until now, we have not taught this art publicly and have restricted it to friends and family. We are now allowed to teach on a low-to-non-profit basis. This class runs every Saturday from 11 a.m. This group aims to pass on this rare art to future generations.
Our group also hosts our Pencak Silat Instructor for workshops.
Timetable
Saturday Group Class times
0900 – 0955 Sword & dagger.
1000 – 1055 KORA.
1100 – 1155 Pencak Silat.
Each class will last 55 minutes. Some students take only one class, while others take all three, depending on their needs and requirements.
Get Started
Most people start with the weekly Saturday KORA classes. Every Saturday from 10 a.m., I teach the KORA group class in our home training space, covering the arts that makeup Killick Off Road Arts.
Self-defence, self-protection, MMA, grappling (Lutte), and Savate with a Basque flavour.
The tuition fee for the KORA class is £40 per month plus approximately £10 per year for must-have student insurance via MAGB. The class usually has about six students.
